How many of your newsletters end up in spam folders or are classified as junk mail? Use the Laposta application and you will keep this to a minimum. Our deliverability is excellent and that means that yours will be too.
To achieve this, deliverability requires our constant attention. It is by no means guaranteed as email programmes keep finding different ways to deter spammers. We make sure that our servers are never used for sending spam.
The Theory Behind Deliverability
To achieve good deliverability rates, three factors are important:
- The reputation of the technical sender (Laposta’s responsibility)
- The reputation of the actual sender (your responsibility)
- The contents and layout of your newsletter (our responsibility together)
Did you know: that providers are increasingly placing more value on your domain reputation than on your IP reputation when assessing you?
We Safeguard the Quality of Your Contact Lists:
- Subscribers are automatically removed after one hard bounce.
- Subscribers are automatically removed after two soft bounces.
- Attachments and other spam-sensitive additions are not allowed.
- Sender addresses need to be confirmed with us first.
- We use SPF, Sender ID and DKIM to legitimise ourselves as sender.
And Finally…
As the sender of newsletters with the Laposta application you share your IP addresses with other senders. This is common practice. That means that your reputation as a sender partly depends on the reputation of those that you share an IP address with.
We safeguard your reputation, and the reputation of our other clients. We automatically rank our clients’ newsletters by their quality and assign them to other sending clusters. That way we keep the quality of our delivery as high as possible.
Tip: larger customers can build up their individual sending reputation with a dedicated IP-address. Interested? Contact our helpdesk and request more information.
