Five conditions
We apply five criteria for continued free use of our newsletter platform:
- Up to 2.000 subscribers
With your free account, you can send newsletters to a maximum of 2,000 subscribers. - Up to 12,000 newsletters per month
With your free account, you can send up to 12,000 newsletters each month. - Reference to Laposta in every newsletter
With a free account, every newsletter you send includes a subtle reference to Laposta. Our logo and the message 'This email was sent with the Laposta newsletter platform' will appear in the footer. - One free account per organization
Each company, association, or organization may request and use only one free account. - Email support only
For free accounts, we unfortunately cannot provide phone support. Questions can only be submitted by email.

Requesting a free account is simple: just sign up on our website. Within minutes, you’ll receive an email with your login details. From there, you can get started right away.
With a free account, you’ll have access to almost all of Laposta’s features. For some functions, different limits apply when using a free account. Here you can find the complete feature overview, showing exactly which functionalities you can use within a free account and how.
Rest assured: we will never switch your free account to a paid plan without your clear consent. In the data processing agreement, you’ll also see that your account data is never used for any other purposes.

A Laposta subscription gives you extra power and flexibility. You can have your own data processing agreement signed, add unlimited contacts, and send unlimited newsletters—without any Laposta branding in the footer. On top of that, you’ll enjoy access to exclusive features designed to make your email marketing even more effective.
