Laposta always adds a link to unsubscribe at the bottom of all your newsletters. This link is mandatory and cannot be removed. You are able to adjust the text of and around the link.

Once someone unsubscribes, they receive a confirmation message. That message is also adjustable. You can receive a notification every time a subscriber confirms.

Need Additional Feedback?

Why did your readers unsubscribe? You can ask them for feedback and improve your campaigns. Unsubscribers do not disappear. They are saved in a separate folder in your contact lists and will not receive any more material from you.

It might seem more like a risk than a benefit, but an unsubscribe link can actually enhance the engagement of your subscribers.
